She brings on board 25 years of diverse & rich hands of experience in leading & managing businesses with Strategic HR. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Specialization in Human Resource Management.

Before Joining Control Print, Alekha was associated with Yusen Logistics Pvt Ltd as Country Head HR & Administration spearheading all HR operations.

She has a rich experience in the Manufacturing Industry with diverse product lines like Electronics, Chemicals, Rubber, Cables, Apparel and in the Services industry with Cash Management & Logistics.
