He is a highly diversified and qualified strategic HR professional with more than 16 years of experience in various medium and large-scale multinational manufacturing industries. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management- IIM, and has strong domain expertise in designing & implementing HR/Organizational Strategies & Transformations.

He has been in leadership roles for more than a decade and instrumental in transformations in the different industrial sectors he worked in such as Engineering, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical, FMCG, Eng. Plastics & Packaging, and Integrated Steel Plants including Greenfield organizations.
