About the Role

• Provide prompt and efficient service support for printers under warranty and AMC.
• Handle printer installations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution.
• Ensure timely response to customer service calls and maintain low resolution time.
• Coordinate spare parts requisition, replacement, and defect returns efficiently.
• Support AMC, CAMP, filter sales, and consumable business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to safety and service standards.
• Stay updated on technical knowledge, product developments, and service guidelines.
• Be available for emergency service support and frequent travel as required.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and service engineering skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Understanding of commercial and after-sales service processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirement:

• Own motorcycle is mandatory.
• Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
