Area Sales Executive for
The Mask Lab
Locations:
Gurugram (Haryana), Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Pune (Maharashtra), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu).
Type of Contract: Permanent
About the Role:
- Achieve sales targets by developing distributors, channel partners, and key accounts across retail and industrial markets.
- Drive PPE product sales through regular meetings with end users, Safety Managers, and purchase teams.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Promote existing and new products through cross-selling, sampling, seminars, and on-site training activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement effective market strategies.
- Manage distributors, retail promotions, product visibility, and primary/secondary sales operations.
- Ensure timely payment collection from distributors and industrial customers.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in handling industrial segments such as Chemical, Bulk Drugs, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Petrochemical, and Mining industries. .
- Strong sales and business development skills with a target-driven approach.
- Good understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in channel/distributor development and management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- MBA / Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) along with regional language communication skills:
- Gujarati for Ahmedabad
- Marathi for Pune
- Telugu for Hyderabad
- Tamil for Tamil Nadu
