About the Role

  • Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business across the assigned territory.
  • Manage medium and large customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for existing and new products.
  • Achieve sales targets; ensure territory coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collections.
  • Support after-sales activities, installation coordination, and maintain regular reporting and compliance updates.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales performance.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

  • BE in Electrical/Electronics or  MBA in Marketing/ Sales
  • 9–10 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.
  • 5–7 years of experience in direct and technical sales of industrial products.
  • Strong sales, customer management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Good understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a target-driven mind-set.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong relationship management capabilities.

Additional Requirement:

  • Own vehicle is mandatory.
