About the Role

• Support the assembly, testing, validation, and commissioning of Control Print printers and newly developed products.
• Conduct functionality checks, reliability testing, ink validation, and process improvements to ensure product performance and quality.
• Provide installation, commissioning, and first-level technical support at customer sites across India.
• Assist field service teams in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
• Train customers and operators on printer functionality, operation, and maintenance processes.
• Ensure timely reporting, compliance updates, and efficient utilization of resources while supporting new product development projects.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in the Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industry.
• Experience with technical service, production, testing, or field support functions.
• Exposure to Piezo Inkjet printer technology will be preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning skills.
• Good communication, customer management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Additional Requirement:

• Willingness to travel extensively across India and stay at customer locations during installations and commissioning activities.
• Ability to support field breakdowns and customer requirements at short notice.
