About the Role
- Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor internal financial controls and support internal and external audit processes.
- Manage treasury-related activities, including cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide financial analysis and support for ongoing and upcoming business projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry and/or CA firms preferred.
- CA Freshers may also be considered with a strong academic record and up to 2 attempts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
