Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role
- Manage and grow the V-Shapes’social media presence across channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Create, publish, and optimize engaging content while driving audience growth, community engagement, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative assets and maintain brand consistency.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor social media and paid campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to support lead nurturing, campaign tracking, customer engagement, and reporting activities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive marketing effectiveness.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and/or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable engagement.
- Experience in managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO principles.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or coordinating with creative teams for content production.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Search or Display).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, UGC strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C brands.
