About the Role

  • Manage and grow the V-Shapes’social media presence across channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, publish, and optimize engaging content while driving audience growth, community engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative assets and maintain brand consistency.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor social media and paid campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to support lead nurturing, campaign tracking, customer engagement, and reporting activities.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive marketing effectiveness.

 

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable engagement.
  • Experience in managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and basic SEO principles.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or coordinating with creative teams for content production.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification (Search or Display).
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, UGC strategies, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with B2B or B2C brands.
