About the Role
- Drive sales and business growth for Control Print’s Track & Trace, Serialization, Product Authentication, and Compliance solutions across South India.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies while achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver solution-based sales through customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, IT, Production, and Project teams to ensure seamless implementation, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Mentor and support the regional sales team through product training, sales guidance, and best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to strengthen business development and customer engagement.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales of Track & Trace, Serialization, Product Authentication, or Compliance solutions.
- Experience in Primary & Secondary Packaging Machinery for the Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, and achieving regional sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, Track & Trace regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
