About the Role
- Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business within the assigned territory.
- Develop new customers, manage existing accounts.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Achieve sales targets, ensure territory coverage, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle payment collections, after-sales coordination, and support installation activities.
- Maintain regular reporting and stay updated on product, market, and competitor developments.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- BE in Electrical/Electronics or MBA
- 3–6 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries. (B2B Sales)
- Experience in direct and technical sales of industrial products.
- Strong sales, customer management, and business development skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong business acumen.
Additional Requirement:
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
