Job Title: Area Sales Manager

About the Role
- Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business across the assigned territory.
- Manage medium and large customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars to promote existing and new products.
- Achieve sales targets; ensure territory coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collections.
- Support after-sales activities, installation coordination, and maintain regular reporting and compliance updates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales performance.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- BE in Electrical/Electronic or MBA.
- 4–7 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.
- Experience in direct and technical sales of industrial equipment/products.
- Strong sales, customer management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Good understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong communication skills and business acumen.
Additional Requirement:
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
