About the Role

  • Lead and manage branch service operations to achieve service KPIs, uptime targets, and business goals.
  • Monitor service quality, response time, installation, preventive maintenance, and customer satisfaction across the branch.
  • Drive service team productivity through performance reviews, training, technical guidance, and people development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Regional teams to support revenue targets, customer management, and territory planning.
  • Manage branch operations including service reporting, spare inventory, SAP compliance, cost optimization, and adherence to service SOPs.
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key accounts, while ensuring timely resolution of service issues and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regular reporting, and frequent travel as required.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

  • B.E.  Electrical or MBA
  • 8–12 years of experience in Printing, Industrial Products, or Office Automation industries.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in service operations and team management.
  • Strong leadership, customer management, decision-making, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication, people management, and process orientation capabilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge; SAP experience is an added advantage.
  • Target-oriented mind-set with strong analytical and operational management skills.

  • Positive attitude & strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage branch operations independently.
