About the Role

  • Drive revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, identify prospects, and support the complete sales cycle from lead nurturing to closure.
  • Understand customer requirements, prepare proposals, and coordinate meetings with regional sales teams.
  • Maintain CRM records, prospect databases, and track sales KPIs through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams by supporting events, training programs, and market intelligence activities.
  • Stay updated on territory performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support business growth.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

  • B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics / B.Tech; MBA in Marketing or Sales is an advantage.
  • 4–7 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years in equipment inside sales environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, close deals, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
