Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore & Mumbai
Type of Contract: Permanent
About the Role
- Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business in the assigned territory.
- Develop new customers, manage existing accounts, and convert competitor accounts.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Achieve sales targets, ensure territory coverage, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate payment collections, after-sales support, and installation activities.
- Maintain regular reporting and stay updated on market, product, and competitor trends.
About You
Skills & Experience Required:
- BE in Electrical/Electronics, MBA.
- 2–4 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment sales.
- Experience in direct sales of industrial products and capital goods.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage territories independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of industrial customers and market dynamics.
Additional Requirement:
- Own vehicle is mandatory.
