About the Role

  • Lead and drive the service team to achieve quarterly and yearly service business targets.
  • Ensure effective installation, breakdown resolution, preventive maintenance, and customer support activities.
  • Monitor service calls in real time to ensure quick response and minimum downtime for customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and support service engineers through technical training, on-field assistance, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage AMC, spare sales, consumables business, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Optimize travel planning, spare inventory management, and overall service operations efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company guidelines, and timely reporting processes.
  • Stay updated on technical, commercial, and market developments while leading the team effectively.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

  • B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Printing, Industrial Products, or Office Automation industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in handling service teams.
  • Strong leadership, customer management, and service operations skills.
  • Good understanding of capital equipment service and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and people management abilities.
  • Knowledge of computers, data analysis, and service reporting systems.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong customer retention and service-selling skills.

Additional Requirement:

  • Experience in handling a team of 4–6 members.
  • Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Own vehicle is mandatory.
