Key Responsibilities:

• Drive service and support for coding and marking printers and consumables.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective after-sales service.
• Conduct product installations, training sessions, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze service performance and customer feedback to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B service, preferably in the printing, packaging, or industrial equipment
• Strong technical expertise in handling industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer requirements efficiently.
