Control Print Limited (Company) herewith intimate/disclose that the fire incident which occurred in the late night of 7th August 2022 in the factory premises of the Guwahati plant of the Company. No fatalities or injuries have been reported from the incident.

The Company hereby clarifies that fire incident has not affected the production/business operations at the Guwahati Plant and is not a material event.
